Do you ever feel like your smartphone is just a $1,000 pocket-sized spy that you voluntarily paid for? We download apps like we’re at an all-you-can-eat buffet, grabbing everything from "AI Cat Language Translator" to "Flashlight Pro Max Plus." But here is the buzzkill: some of those apps are about as safe as a gas station sushi platter.
